If your customers have any special requests or needs (access / mobility etc) or you wish to make any changes to their booking, you must e-mail us at: admin@somewhere2stay.com

Complaints

If your customers have a complaint whilst they are staying at the accommodation in question, they must inform the accommodation management immediately in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. If they fail to reach an agreement with the management during their stay, they will certainly find it more difficult to negotiate an amicable solution once they have returned home. If they fail to resolve matters on the spot, we may be able to act in an intermediary capacity, but will only offer to do so if they write to us (see address below) within 35 days of the final day of their stay in the accommodation. In the event that we are unable to do so, and they wish to take matters further, they must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.
