Resort Canyamel - hotel in Majorca

Cocooned in pine woods on Majorca's eastern coast, Canyamel is hard to match for a sun-drenched beach holiday. A smallish resort that retains much of its original village charm, it centres on a gorgeous, long sandy beach washed by shimmering waters perfect for lazy swimming and paddling. Behind the sands, a few modern hotels watch over the bay and beyond, you'll find numerous shops, bars and reasonably priced restaurants, as well as tennis courts for when you want a break from the beach.

Nearby there are unspoilt villages and peaceful country walks to enjoy as well as a choice of golf links, including the 18-hole Canyamel course. The famous Arta Caves are within walking distance and neighbouring Cala Ratjada offers an elegant harbour with boat trips to Menorca, plus an exciting array of shops and nightspots.
