With beautiful sea views close by and only a short walk to the small village of Cala Esmeralda and its shops and restaurants, the Villa Mar Gran has everything for a relaxing holiday. Two lovely beaches are a stroll away and at the nearby Cala d'Or marina you can always indulge in a little luxury yacht spotting.

This delightful property has recently been completely refurbished. Everything feels bright and new. Beautiful arched windows fill the living and dining area with natural light with the pool temptingly close just beyond the patio doors. Comfortable sofas and a rocking chair surround a traditional fireplace and satellite TV and a DVD player are provided. Close by is the compact modern kitchen which like the rest of the property, is spotless. A dishwasher makes life easy and there is also a washing machine in the utility area.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms continue the simple elegance of the villa, with three twin-bedded rooms, one with ensuite shower room. A further shower room is conveniently placed for all the bedrooms to access.

Outside Villa Mar Gran the pool area is simply stunning. Whitewashed walls frame the azure blue kidney-shaped pool. Sun loungers tempt you and there is also a barbecue enticing keen chefs to rustle up alfresco home-cooked treats. Steps from the poolside take you to the rest of the garden with its views of the Mediterranean and yet more opportunities for sunbathing and lazy dozing.
