On the borders of Cala Blanca within easy walking distance of its beach and centre, the Vista Playa Villas are owned by the Hotel Sagitario and are perfect for families and couples wanting the freedom of a villa break coupled with a holiday village atmosphere.

All the villas share a good-sized main pool and separate children’s pool, together with communal gardens, which are mostly laid to lawn. Around the lawns and the properties, mature pine trees and palms create areas of seclusion and shade to enjoy and each villa benefits from its own private terrace where you can chill out with a drink, get together over alfresco meals or simply lounge in the sunshine.

Decorated in warm and friendly style, the villas are simply yet comfortably furnished and offer two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and satellite TV, creating the perfect practical base for an informal family holiday.

Close to the Villas Penny and Cati, the Vista Playa development is conveniently situated for trips to the lovely sandy cove at Cala Blanca 400 metres away and also to Cala Santandria, with its charming beach, bars and restaurants. It is also a great base for visiting Ciutadella, whose shops and restaurants are within easy driving distance.
