These attractive villas close to the beach at Coloradas enjoy their own walled grounds for added privacy. It is the perfect spot for a laid-back holiday with the resort of Playa Blanca only a short car drive away, and a handy supermarket and bar reached with just a short walk.

Villas Del Sur are designed on one level and with their whitewashed walls, wooden shutters and wood beamed ceilings have a traditional feel. There is plenty of room, allowing both get-togethers for meals and conversation but also space for that quiet read. The kitchen, dining room and living area all share an open plan space, where there is also a satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. A huge picture window looks on to the shaded terrace and pool area, reached by patio doors at one end.

Leading off from the hallway there are three bedrooms, one double and two twins. The double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room with the other bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Everything follows the same modern and simple theme, with cool tiled floors and high ceilings helping keep the temperature comfortable.

Step outside and there is a private pool, sun loungers and a shaded terrace perfect for dozing, reading or eating. Of course there is a built-in barbecue just waiting for your culinary talents! The walled surrounds give added privacy to this outside area where everything encourages you to relax.
