Sitting in the tranquil area of Coral Hill near the village of Peyia, it enjoys unbroken views over fields and rooftops to the Mediterranean and the resort of Coral Bay, whose tavernas, shops and beaches are just a short drive or pleasant downhill walk away.

As for the villa itself, it stands in well-kept, lawned gardens, with several mature palms providing the perfect frame for the views down to the sea. Lemon and olive trees add to the greenery, while the rectangular pool is positioned so you can fully appreciate the views while you swim and sunbathe. Steps from the poolside lead up to a covered terrace, which provides another great vantage point for enjoying the setting and al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue.

Inside, the villa is spacious and modern, with simple, cream décor and gleaming ceramic floors.
