Situated on a pleasant suburban road on the fringes of Denia and within sauntering distance of a lovely rocky beach, this homely and traditional detached villa is built in quintessential Spanish style and makes a charming and practical base for families or groups.

With other, similar villas nearby, the single-storey Olivar enjoys its own pretty garden with a sparkling kidney-shape pool set in the middle of its lawns and encircled by paved terraces. Steps from here lead to a semi-circular raised terrace framed by stone arches, all of which provide an attractive setting for enjoying alfresco meals cooked on the portable barbecue. The front door of the house takes you directly into the inviting and cosy open-plan sitting-dining-kitchen area, which is finished with exposed wooden ceiling beams and furnished in simple and comfortable style. A washing machine, satellite TV and a DVD player are provided to make your stay as relaxed as possible, and the three bedrooms are all decorated and finished in the same simple, friendly and agreeable fashion.

The sandy beaches, nightlife, shops and sports amenities of Denia are yours for the taking a few kilometres away and a useful supermarket and handful of local bars and restaurants are a short walk from the door.
