Situated in the Marbesa residential area, this traditional villa offers great proximity to a sandy beach reached 400 metres away along a roadside pavement, making it perfect for sun-and-surf lovers. The villa itself reached to by steps down from a road, sits in wonderful, tree-framed gardens and boasts a large pool edged by an expansive lawn and terraces, creating a delightful private haven for sunbathing and swimming.

At the rear, the villa exterior is adorned with pretty trailing plants, whilst inside it provides practical yet comfortable accommodation over two floors. Decorated in soft pastels and neutral colours, the rooms are tasteful and welcoming and focus on a small and cosy open-plan sitting-dining room finished in white and creams. An archway from here leads into a compact kitchen fitted in pleasant units and offering everything needed for an easy-going stay. A downstairs shower room is handy for when you come in from the pool or beach, and is complemented by a large twin bedroom reached by a few steps from the front living room, together with two further comfortable bedrooms upstairs.
