This newly built villa is great if you want to be near the attractions of Nerja and stay in a bright, modern setting. It has bagged a quiet spot in the Exotica area, just a twenty-minute walk or short drive from the town centre and beach. So you have the sands, sea, shops and restaurants all within close quarters. There is a handy supermarket just five minutes away, too.

In terms of the villa itself, it has an immaculate, showroom feel inside, with a high quality finish that shows impressive attention to detail. The spacious, all-in-one lounge and dining area is light and airy, and furnished to an excellent standard, with comfortable modern sofas and accessories like a satellite TV. The bright and contemporary kitchen features solid wood cupboards and has all the essentials and more to hand - a dishwasher and microwave amongst them. A useful utility room, with a washing machine, leads off from here, too.

The bedrooms, all of which lie on the first floor, are tastefully done out in soft, cream tones and feature air-conditioning to keep you cool during the balmy summer nights. Pride of place, though, goes to the main double complete with walk-in wardrobe. Finishing the interior comforts is a separate bathroom complete with bath/shower and wc. And, for your convenience, there is also a separate shower room and further wc.

Outside, you the pool area is laid entirely to terrace and faces the south, making it perfect for keen sunbathers. Plus, there is a barbecue for those open-air meals.

The Monty is perfect for a larger family or groups eager to escape the hustle and bustle when booked alongside the three-bedroom Villa Ana, which lies 30 metres away.
