Set up a steep hill in the grounds of the Perdikia Hills hotel, these contemporary villas offer a great combination of facilities and freedom. As a guest, you can enjoy the independence of staying in your own villa with its own pool, yet also use the amenities of the hotel, which include a lagoon swimming pool, restaurant, bars, fitness centre and a tennis court.
The three-storey villas all boast yellow-painted and stone exteriors and narrow gardens centred on a small, private pool at the rear. A shaded patio overlooks the water, and from here, doors connect to a neat kitchenette, conveniently situated on the ground floor so you can easily prepare meals for enjoying at the poolside. On the same floor are two twin bedrooms and a shower room.
On the first floor, you will find the main kitchen - a contemporary number flowing into an airy lounge-diner finished with comfortable sofas, tiled floors and fresh cream décor. The finishing touch comes from doors leading onto a balcony with views over the pool and countryside. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor and include a stylish master double with a deluxe whirlpool bath in its en-suite bathroom.
When it comes to location, the villas are well placed for enjoying the attractions around Olu Deniz. Ovacik, with its shops and restaurants, is just down the road, while Olu Deniz lagoon and its beach are a convenient dolmus ride away.
