This modern property is excellent for a quiet holiday lazing in the sun. It offers a fabulous peaceful location with amazing views over the pine-clad slopes and Babadag Mountain. Plus, it comes with balconies opening from the bedrooms and living area, so the scenery is yours for the taking. Moreover, the gardens and trees that surround it make it feel nicely private, even though Ovacik centre and its restaurants and bars are a short stroll away.

Lying in a cluster of surrounding villas, the Florence is arranged over three-storeys. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen - a contemporary number flowing into an airy lounge/diner finished with tiled floors and fresh cream décor. Comfortable sofas, fireplace and a TV and DVD player provide the home comforts, while a dining table is a great place to gather for indoor meals. A staircase takes you upstairs to the four simply furnished but relaxing bedrooms, some of which open out onto a balcony or windows with views over the surrounding area or pool. Three of the bedrooms, one of which features bunk beds grace the first floor, while one of the bedrooms with ensuite completes the top floor accommodation. Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms will also ensure cool nights during the hot summer months.

Stepping through doors from the lounge/diner brings you to a delightful shaded patio which makes a fabulous place to sit, enjoy alfresco meals cooked on the built-in barbecue and soak up the scenery. From here, a couple of steps descend to the pool area and sunbathing terrace which is decked out with sunbeds and parasols perfect for catching the suns rays.

With the centre of Ovacik nearby and the beautiful beach a short drive away, when it comes to enjoying the local area, exploring the nearby sights and attractions, there's plenty to keep you happy.
